Are star jumps a good aerobic exercise?

I’m stuck indoors because of the weather, and my house is fairly small with no stairs, treadmills or other exercise equipment. Would star jumps be an alternative aerobic exercise to do indoors, opposed to walking/jogging?

Star jumps are a good Cardio exercise if u do them constantly, like for 3-4 minutes, then take a rest, and do another 4 minutes. you can also try jogging in place. Jump rope is also a great idea ! you can find jump ropes everywhere. You can try different exercises that you can find on YouTube. check this one out. and i hope it helps.
